About aIda
The role of AIDA Council is to coordinate intervaristy debating across the Australasian region. AIDA oversees the rules of debating, maintenance of the constitution, organisation of the bidding process for hosts of future championships, resolves disputes and coordinates between hosts and between institutions.
AIDA governs three tournaments: the Australasian Intervarsity Debating Championships (Australs), the Australasian Womens' Debating Championship (Womens) and the Australian Easter Debating Championship (Easters).
